Step 1: Go to Google Cloud Console
Step 2: Create a new project or select existing
Step 3: Enable YouTube Data API v3
Step 4: Go to Credentials → Create OAuth 2.0 Client ID
Step 5: Set Application type: Web application
Step 6: Add Authorized redirect URI:
Step 7: Copy Client ID & Secret to the fields above
Step 8: Add your Google account as test user in OAuth consent screen
